TWS true wireless stereo headset consists of charging box, left headset and right headset. When charging the headset, the charging current of the charging box is generally about 100mA, and the maximum frequency of the communication line will not exceed 1MHz.
In order to realize the reuse of charging port and communication port, it is necessary to add analog switch to switch to achieve the purpose of time-sharing reuse. The requirement for analog switch is to minimize the on resistance, allow hundreds of mA current to pass through, and have a certain bandwidth.
The analog switch product recommended here is a double way single pole double throw analog switch, which can be used to process analog and digital signals. It has a high switching speed (50ns) and low conduction impedance (0.6 Ω). In this way, the switching between charging port and communication port on TWS headset and charging box can be realized quickly, and the loss is very small. The input power supply voltage range is relatively wide, from 1.8V to 5.5V, and the current consumption is only 1uA. The power consumption of analog switch is very low. Rail to rail mode is adopted, and TTL/CMOS levels are supported.
The two RS2323 channels are completely independent and can be switched through IN1 and IN2 pins. NC and NO pins are normally open and closed ports respectively, and COM port is a public port. The maximum continuous current can withstand ± 500mA, and the peak current can reach ± 800mA. The RS2323 analog switch adopts UTDFN 10, with a package size of only 1.4mm x 1.8mm and an industrial temperature range of - 40 to 125 ° C, which can meet the requirements of TWS earphones for small size, long-term stability and reliability.
